Cost depends on the size of the kitchen, the scope of work and the materials you choose. After our site visit, we give you a detailed written price based on your architectural drawings, or without them if your project doesn't require drawings.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Bergen County?
Most kitchen remodels that involve plumbing, electrical, structural or layout changes need a permit from your town's construction office. We handle the permit process and inspections as part of the project.
Can I live at home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. Many homeowners set up a temporary kitchen in another room. We'll talk through the plan with you, including which days will be the most disruptive.
Do I need architectural drawings?
Projects that change the layout, move walls or relocate plumbing usually need drawings from an architect, and we price and build from those. Many projects, like replacing cabinets and countertops, don't require drawings, and we can give you a price without them.
