Know someone planning a renovation, addition or new build? Send them to us. When the job is complete and paid, you get a cash referral fee. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make.
Referral fees
The fee is based on the job's original signed contract price, before sales tax. Change orders added later do not change the fee.
Jobs under $10,000 do not qualify. For jobs over $500,000, we agree on the fee in writing before the contract is signed.
How it works
Send the referral
Call, email or use our referral form before the customer's first estimate meeting.
We confirm it
We reply within 2 business days and log the referral in your name.
We build the job
We let you know when the contract is signed and when the work is complete.
You get paid
We mail your check within 30 days of the customer's final payment.
Who can refer
Anyone 18 or older: past customers, realtors, property managers, architects, suppliers, trade partners, friends and neighbors.
The customer must be new to us, with no estimate or contact with our office in the last 12 months. Employees and their households are not eligible.
The fine print
- One fee per job. If two people refer the same customer, the first referral received wins.
- No fee if the job is cancelled, not completed or not paid in full.
- Self-referrals do not qualify.
- We issue a 1099 for $600 or more in a year and need a W-9 from you.
- We may change or end the program at any time; submitted referrals keep their original terms.
